Returns Policy

Admission Tickets, Reserved Seating, Rodeo Tickets

No refunds will be given. Midwest Horse Fair® is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Event and schedule are subject to change at management discretion. 

Exhibitor Booth Space, Stalls

Cancellations must be submitted in writing before January 3 of the current year of fair to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for spaces unused or early departure. Any cancellation after January 3 of current year will not be eligible for a refund.

Camping

Cancellations must be submitted in writing before January 2 of the current year of fair to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for spaces unused or early departure. Any cancellation after January 2 of current year will not be eligible for a refund.

Merchandise

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Returned/exchanged items must be accompanied by the original receipt / purchase order / invoice. Please include a short, written request for either an exchange or refund when returning merchandise. We advise that merchandise be sent back in such a way that the package can be tracked (such as Postal Service with “Delivery Confirmation,” or another carrier, such as UPS.) MHF is not responsible for returned merchandise until receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to MHF for return/exchange. Refunds include original shipping/handling charges and will be in the form of the original payment. MHF will not refund or exchange items damaged after being received by the customer. Please allow 30 days for refunds or exchanges to be completed.
