Order Booth Amenities (Electricity, Wi-Fi, furniture, etc.)
Indoor booths include an 8-foot backdrape and a sign indicating booth display name and number. All other amenities must be ordered directly from Alliant Energy Center.
Additional Exhibitor Admission Tickets
Each exhibitor in Exhibition Hall, Lobby, Mendota, Sidewalk, Outside Mall, Craft, and Non-Profit areas will receive six (6) one-day admission tickets per booth. Trailer & Truck Avenue & Food Court exhibitors will receive eighteen (18) one-day tickets per exhibitor. Additional tickets are available for purchase. No refunds will be given; MHF is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Deadline to purchase advance tickets is Monday, March 24.
Camping Reservation
Camping on the Alliant Energy Center grounds is limited, sells out very quickly and is only available to participants. Alternative camping options in close proximity to the facility are available through the Dane County Park System.
Hotel Reservation
We partner with a large variety of local hotels to negotiated better rates for you. Contact one of our many hotel partners directly for availability. Don't forget to mention "Midwest Horse Fair" to redeem the listed rate.
