What is it?
Bull riding today is a huge sport at the professional level. There are many young kids out there looking to fulfill their dream of becoming a PBR champion, and the Midwest Horse Fair is here to help them get a leg up!
Watch kids of all ages have a blast as they compete on horses and miniature bulls that were bred to buck!
Held in the Blain's Farm & Fleet Coliseum, it will be a Sunday afternoon of Kids & Teens reaching for superstardom in the Rodeo Ring!
There will be three events:
- Saddle Bronc
- Bull Riding
4 divisions in the horse events:
- PeeWee (8 & Under)
- Juniors (9-11)
- Seniors (12-14)
- Super Seniors (15-18)
3 divisions in bull riding:
- Juniors (8-10)
- Seniors (11-13)
- Super Seniors (14-18)
135 lb. max for bulls.
Super Seniors ride on full size horses and bigger bulls than the minis.
How to Enter
Entries are open to all starting April 1st by calling 620-391-2069. No more entries will be accepted once the event is full or by April 16.
Fee: $50/kid/event and $100/Super Seniors/event
Cash and commemorative buckle will be awarded
No additional ticket is required, just your general admission ticket on Sunday, April 23.
