Things to Know:
- By volunteering your time, you can earn FREE admission to the Midwest Horse Fair!
- Each volunteer receives a FREE Midwest Horse Fair t-shirt
- There is a minimum of one (3)-hour shift per person. One (3)-hour shift results in a free one-day wristband ($25 value) for the day you volunteer. Three (3)-hour shifts results in a free weekend wristband ($55 value).
- A Release of Liability Form must be signed in exchange for a wristband. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign onsite before they are given a wristband.
- Please read the Volunteer Job Descriptions before applying. Job and time preferences are taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.
- Please be advised that assigned jobs may change onsite as needed at the discretion of Midwest Horse Fair.
- Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older.
