Stall decorations must be in place by 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Stall judging is based on a point system of 0-30 for each of the 5 categories with a total possible score of 150 points. The Breed & Discipline group with the highest overall score will be notified onsite and awarded the Stall Award. The group coordinator of the winning group will be notified prior to the award ceremony on Sunday.

If selected to participate the following year, the three top scoring Stall Award recipients (groups) will also receive free stalls for the following year’s fair, as follows: First Place group will receive three free stalls, Second Place group will receive two free stalls and Third Place group will receive one free stall. The stall judging scores along with the Breed & Discipline Demonstration scores are used to determine which groups receive priority when evaluating requests such as stall placement, demo times, and practice times for the following year.
