Applications for the 2023 Midwest Horse Fair are now available!
New applications will not be reviewed until September 2022.
Please note, a new application is required every year. Applications do not carry over from year to year.
To Apply:
- Please submit an application, filled out completely and accurately.
- Submit photos or brochures online with your application or email the Exhibitor Coordinator. More information is always better.
- A website, social media link OR photo(s) MUST be included for consideration.
Selection and Payment:
- New applications will be reviewed in September after all renewing exhibitors are reviewed and finalized.
- Space fills up quickly and preference is given to applicants with equine related products.
- If accepted, a deposit of 50% will be required. Do not send payment with your application. Any remaining balance will be due February 1.
- The cancellation deadline for a refund is January 1, 2023.
