Andrea "Andi" Bill has been deeply involved in the equestrian world from a young age. Between 1986 and 1995, she consistently showcased her talents at the Pony Finals. Pursuing higher education, Andi attended Mount Holyoke College, where she not only excelled academically but also captained the college's Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) team during her junior and senior years. Her dedication led her to serve as an alternate rider for the United States Intercollegiate team in Luxembourg and Malmö, Sweden, and she was the chef d'équipe for the victorious American team in 1999.
After her collegiate years, Andi transitioned into teaching, offering instruction in both hunt seat and dressage disciplines. She has a passion for guiding riders of all levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors, and is committed to developing green horses, aiming to help horse-and-rider pairs achieve success both inside and outside the show ring.
In addition to her teaching endeavors, Andi has been associated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison's equestrian community. She has served as a coach for the university's equestrian team, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience with students. In 2024, she coached the first champion in Introductory Flat.
