Important Details:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd row seats are only available through this special offer. Seats are first come first serve basis where you will be assigned a seat based on best available in the order you purchased your package. If you have a specific area you prefer please specify that in the special notes section at checkout. Your preference is not guaranteed but our team will try to get you as close as is available. *Note: There are not any Wheel Chair Accessible seats in this section, those can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
A dinner reception will be available by ticket on Friday and Saturday night from 5 to 6:30pm. Dinner will be buffet style and will include: salad, choice of main meat dishes, potato and vegetable side dishes, dinner rolls, dessert, and beverage (tea, water, coffee). Soda and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Your dinner reception ticket will also include 1 complimentary drink ticket for soda or alcoholic beverage.
This is not a reserved individual parking spot but a section of parking only accessible with this pass. This pass is valid all three days.
Our official Midwest Horse Fair program complete with schedules and detailed information on all the happenings at the 2026 Midwest Horse Fair. The program is offered free at Midwest Horse Fair, however If you choose this as part of your package it will be shipped separate from your tickets in March after they are printed so the charge will cover the extra shipping cost.
Complete your package with your general admission ticket. This ticket includes standard parking and admission to all events at Midwest Horse Fair except the events listed as private ticketed events.
