Dean Moshier has been shoeing horses for more than 32 years, with diverse knowledge of most breeds and riding disciplines. He has been an active supporter of, and heavily involved with youth 4-H, including serving as show farrier at the state competition in Columbus, OH. Dean has an Associate Degree from the State University of New York at Morrisville in Saddlehorse Management and Production. He is an Accredited Farrier with the International Association of Professional Farriers and a Certified Journeyman I Farrier with the Brotherhood of Working Farriers Association. Dean has been a contributor to the American Farrier’s Journal and Equus magazines. He is passionate about shoeing horses with therapeutic needs as well as working one-on-one with owners that want to be actively involved in their horse’s care.
