Description of Operations
Dr. Allie Baier, PT, DPT created EquiPT to weave together her background as a Physical Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and equestrian.
Using her expertise, medical degree and intuition, Allie helps riders find strength, mobility and confidence to accomplish their equestrian goals. She also uses video biomechanical assessment to provide a dynamic view of how health conditions may affect the harmony between riders and their horses.
Her Somatic Experiencing® training taps into the intelligence of the rider’s nervous system, uncovering unconscious tension and movement patterns that may linger from unresolved trauma or stress stored in the body.
Allie believes the history of your body, on and off the horse, has a story to tell that creates an ongoing dialogue between you and your horse.

- United States Pony Club Graduate B & Examiner
